On Monday, June 22 BronxTalk featured a debate on mayoral control of the schools. Host Gary Axelbank quizzed Joyce Johnson of Learn NY, an organization that supports the concept, and Vincent Wojsnis from Campaign for Better Schools, a group that has an opposing perspective.
